Commercial Rendering

Commercial and industrial rendering for blocks, retail units, schools and new-build developments.

Commercial rendering is judged on programme and documentation as much as finish. Main contractors need a subcontractor who arrives when the programme says, works to the specified system without substitution, produces RAMS before starting, and does not hold up following trades.

We work on apartment developments, retail parades, industrial units, schools and care facilities, typically machine-applying to keep large elevations consistent and on schedule. Where buildings stay occupied — schools, retail, residential blocks — we phase the works around operating hours and access requirements, and we keep the site tidy and safe because on an occupied building that is as much part of the job as the render itself.

When it is the right choice. Choose us for contract work where system compliance, documentation and programme certainty matter as much as the finish quality.

FAQs

Commercial Rendering — your questions

Do you work for main contractors?

Yes. We work as a specialist subcontractor on new-build and refurbishment schemes, with RAMS, CSCS-carded operatives and full insurance documentation supplied before we start.

Can you work on occupied buildings?

Yes. We phase works around occupancy on schools, retail and residential blocks, and agree access, working hours and site security arrangements in advance.

What size projects do you take?

From single retail units through to multi-block residential developments. We will tell you honestly if a scheme is outside our capacity rather than overcommit.

Do you provide system warranties?

Yes. Where a full manufacturer-specified system is installed we provide the system warranty alongside our own workmanship guarantee.

What areas do you cover?

We work UK-wide, with teams across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. If we are not the right firm for your location we will tell you rather than waste your time.

How much does rendering cost?

It is priced by the square metre and depends on the system, the condition of the walls and access. Our guide-price tool gives an indicative range in about a minute, and the survey turns that into a fixed written quote.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes. Every job carries our workmanship guarantee, and where a full manufacturer-specified system is installed you also get the system warranty on top.
