Who we are

This website is operated by Houses Rendering. The data controller for personal information collected through this site is S&K Group Holdings Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 16703925), Unit 1 Hems Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG.

What we collect

When you complete an enquiry form, use the guide-price tool or start a live chat, we collect the details you give us — typically your name, phone number, email address, postcode and a description of the work you need. We do not ask for and do not want financial details, and we will never request payment information through this website.

We also collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics 4, including pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device type and how you arrived at the site.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

Enquiry details are used to respond to you, arrange a survey and provide a quotation. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a request you have made of us.

Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used and improve it. The lawful basis is legitimate interest.

Who we share it with

Enquiry data is processed by Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to our inbox, and Tawk.to, which provides the live chat function. Analytics data is processed by Google. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so we can deal with follow-up questions and any warranty matters. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email sales@housesrendering.co.uk.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
