Get an indicative price in about a minute

Answer four questions and we will show you a realistic range for your property. It is a guide, not a quote — the survey sets the real figure, and it is free.

Ranges are based on typical UK rates for the system, wall area and condition you select. They exclude unusual access, structural repairs and any work found at survey.

FAQs

How our pricing works

What areas do you cover?

We work UK-wide, with teams across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. If we are not the right firm for your location we will tell you rather than waste your time.

How much does rendering cost?

It is priced by the square metre and depends on the system, the condition of the walls and access. Our guide-price tool gives an indicative range in about a minute, and the survey turns that into a fixed written quote.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes. Every job carries our workmanship guarantee, and where a full manufacturer-specified system is installed you also get the system warranty on top.

What time of year is best for rendering?

Spring through autumn is ideal. Render should not be applied in frost or in very hot direct sun, so winter work needs protection and settled conditions.

Can you render over existing render?

Sometimes, if the existing coat is completely sound and well-bonded. We hammer-test it first. Anything hollow has to come off, because covering failure just hides it.

Are you insured?

Yes — full public liability cover, and we can send the certificate before we start. We are happy to provide RAMS for commercial and contractor work.
